When I go into my Saved Listings the images on the left hand side are blank. When I go into the saved listing(s) the image is there, but the item description is blank (either in HTLM or Standard). Anybody any clues??
we are not aware of any issues that would cause the circumstance you've described here - as a first step I suggest that you try clearing the cache of your browser to ensure that no pages have been erroneously cached, and if the difficulty persists, please try using another browser to see if the issue is replicated there. If this trouble continues, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know the details of what you are experiencing and which browsers you have run into this with so we can have a look into this for you.
this is primarily an issue with the IE browser when the security settings for the browser are set to High, which also causes some issues on the home page of the site. You should be able to work around this issue by going into your Internet Options in IE and on the Security tab there is an option for Trusted Sites. Click on the Trusted Sites icon and add Auctiva as a trusted site and set the security settings for your trusted sites to Medium (you may need to reload the page or relaunch the browser afterwards) and you should then be able to proceed as you normally would.
Please note that you can also use either Chrome or Firefox for your browser without encountering this issue.

As for the issue you describe, no, we currently are unaware of an issue which would cause listings to post without a description and as a description is required by eBay it is unclear what may be occurring for you. As this would require us to take a look into your account and the listings involved, please be sure you have included some sample item numbers with the case you refer to and we'll take a look into it and get back to you via the support case.
The issue that was previously being discussed in this thread is an issue within an Auctiva account when viewed with the Internet Explorer browser and did not affect active listings on eBay.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
