Not All Images Showing in Select an Image Folder

When selecting an Image for my listing, I choose the folder with my images. On occasion since the upgrade, some of my images (thumbnails) do not appear in the Select an Image (I have looked under all folders in this mode looking for them.) When I check under Manage my images, they show up just fine in the correct folder, but still will not show up under Select an Image. It does not happen in all cases, just occasionally. I have two listings on hold waiting to find a way to access those pictures.
- No problems uploading to Auctiva.
- In Select an Image, the NO FOLDER selection says there are no images, however there are many. I have dealt with this by moving the images I am working with to folders.

Any ideas?

I would file a help request ticket to let them know that this is happening as this has been my problem as well and I believe they are still working on my ticket.

When you go to Select an Image, you can choose to use a List view instead of the thumbnails and that shows up more for me but now all of my pics.

I would definitely file a help request.

There's a bug they've been working on that maxes out the number of images a folder will show, for some reason, in the Image Selection window.

If I understand you correctly, this is probably the problem. The temporary workaround is to create a new folder to start uploading your images to (the idea being that the new folder won't be maxed out any time soon so they should show).

Thank you for your help. I moved the two new pics into a new folder and was able to add them to the listings. (One of them did take two tries.)

I will file a help request also. The folder in this particular instance I keep to a minimum number of photos, much less than others and the larger folders seem to show all (or many more) pictures...
