pictures not loading on listing page

Hi sonja,

Have you tried loading from the Images Tab - Upload Images page?

I've taken to using the bulk uploaders, either the Drag and Drop or the Basic HTML. You might give those a try. Then just select the images you want in the listing editor from your Image library.

Also, there was a Newbie I was helping that reported getting bounced and was using Vista. Are you using Vista?

Hi Dan and thanks for your response, yes i'm using Vista but i have been since starting here about 2 months ago.the photos actually upload but after, i get kicked out,I will try again .

I just tried a single pic upload from the listing editor page with no problem. I use XP and IE7, so there may be a new bug with folks running Vista. I'd open a Support Case with a good description to Auctiva.

In the mean while, I hope the alternative upload from Images works as bypass.

I did try again with your advice ,no difference still got kicked out .I will contact auctiva for support thanks for all your advice.

I have Vista and haven't had any problems uploading photos.

I am having trouble with the pictures uploading also. It was working fine on my first 3 listings. On my 4th, it just kept saying loading for over 5 minutes on one picture.

I use Windows XP and normally have no problem. This is a first.
