I want to make a last ditch effort to get help before I give up and close my account. I was hoping that I could use Auctiva to make my own custom templates that are more professional than the ones I've been using that I make myself just with a simple html text editor. I was also hoping that I could resize my images here and use the click to enlarge features. However, so far I've been unable to find any instructions on how to do these things. Also my images always freeze when I try to upload them and my old simple html templates won't work in the "list your item" box on Auctiva even though they work on Ebay's "list your item" form. I also have somehow added the revolving showcase to some of my preexisting auctions and store items on Ebay and they are not working right. I also tried to cancel the Auctiva check out but the program states my existing auction and store items will still have to go through it. I've tried calling Auctiva but nobody ever calls me back. I do not want to use the pre created templates but can't find any instructions for using the custom templates' designer. All I know is some simple html. So far this has been a nightmare.
Does anyone know if there are any more advanced guides that explain features? Is anyone else having problems like error messages and images freezing on upload? I was really excited about trying Auctiva, but I just can't seem to figure out what is wrong.
