I have a pile of old silver I need to post but I am talking Silverware from 1878 and before that I do not want to giveaway! I guess 10 cents will be worth it to find out if I can get anything for it!

I would think you'd get alot for it...I think I'm done listing now til the end of Feb at least...the stuff I sell is really seasonal and does 10 X better in early spring thru summer. Guess I'm going to hang on to it till then.

How do you happen to have silverware that old? I think it will go for ALOT..did you check any completed listings yet?
I got no email either. They ran a free 2 day listing special on cars a few weeks ago and I got the email about 8 hours before the special was over! I have a few cars I need to get listed but have been waiting for some reason!
Just for fun, I went back and tried to vote for 'God only knows' but it will only let you vote one time...Lucky for ninth, I think we'd all be messin' with him
It was inherited from my moms cousin. I am related to Andrew Carnegie and Leland Barry who was a big-wig with Mellon bank and this is stuff that was passed down. Unfortunately none of the money was passed down 
Checked completed listings but really have not been able to find anything similar! I see lots of stuff going for scrap price and it would be a shame to sell this for scrap. I may do 10 day posts just to get the extra exposure?

10 days is good, I'd probably do it that way too, but timing is everything. (You already know this)
I always watch how similar stuff is selling, if it's doing good I list, if not I'll wait. I started just doing Ebay for fun, but I was actually shocked to see how much $$ I could make. Only at certain times of year tho...
