problem about Auctiva Shipping Insurance

I just tested the "U-Pic Website" link on the "View Insurance" page for several of your trasnactions, and the link is properly pointing to the "Claims" section of the U-Pic website. I'm not sure why the link in non-fuctional on your end but your customers should not have the same experience.

Thank you for your answer.
The "U-Pic Website" link on the "View Insurance" page surely works. However, the link in my email isn't properly pointing to the "Claims" section. I've tested it many times from my different email address.

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention...you are absolutely correct

This issue has been confirmed as a bug and has been referred to our engineering department for correction. However, at this point, I am unsure when it will be resolved.
