Hi 4u4x4,

I’m sincerely sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. We have received similar reports from several other customers and out engineering department is currently investigating this issue. However, at this point, I do not have a good idea when it will be resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

Hi G,

It is not possible that we are yet to respond to a support request that you filed a week ago. Perhaps you just didn't receive the notification email reminding you that your support case has been replied to.

In any event, you can view the responses to your open support requests by clicking the "Check the Status of an Ongoing Support Case" link at the bottom of the help page.

I have always received an answer from support. Sometimes not what I wanted to hear, but I did get an answer. Right now the site is having oodles of problems and I am just about ready to cry. My profiles are messed up. Photos are lost. I keep getting taken back to the login page. I can't save a listing and what I try to save gets lost...sigh. I just filed a support request and told them that I am having the same issues with IE, Mozilla and Netscape. I don't have cookies or pop-ups disabled. I am doing all of the right things and I just can't navigate Auctiva...sob, tear, shudder, sob, sob. Frown
Take heart. There are good folks at Auctiva and they are working hard to correct these problems. This IS a wonderful place to list and it saves me oodles of $. Don't give up. I did get an answer to my support request and was told that they know about all of the issues and are doing all they can to get them corrected. My feeling is...don't give eBay any of your hard earned money if you can avoid it. They make plenty on us sellers and we need all of the little perks we can get and find. Hang in there. Things will get better, honest. Wink
OMG. Will someone please help before I go off of the deep end. The only thing that seems to be working is the community board. I have been at this computer for 9 hours and have gotten 8 listings done. Are we overloaded. Should I go back to turbolister? I started using this program in February and had issues then so went to listing on ebay. I'd really want to stay hear but I have missed this whole 20cent listing day. I love the templates, but I too, would pay something for a reliable site. I checked out ****** but that $40 a month. Any suggestions from anyone. I was so excited that something new was being released today. I thought it would be a website that worked. I'm sorry for being a crab but enough is enough. Help help help.

Hi kathjfp,

We are on pace to exceed our record for the number of listings posted in a single day, so, all in all, the Auctiva website is definitely running quite well. We are aware that users have encountered server errors intermittently for brief periods of time throughout the day, which is due to the additional stress placed on our system due to eBay's 20 cent listing day. This additional pressure also may cause pages on the site to load at a slower pace than usual.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not having a favorable Auctiva experience. For further assistance with this matter, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:

I took a vacation from eBay for a couple of months and was anxious to get back in the groove.... WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO AUCTIVA?
I'm getting plentu of error messages, extremely slow downloading and freezing. At first I thought it was my PC, so I checked every thing out including calling my DSL provider. All is well on my end except for my patience. I really like what Auctiva offers to us small guys.. However if this keeps up, I'll have to consider going back to regular eBay listing...
Can I suggest that the technical guys consider posting a banner, or something similar, so that everyone knows the current state of play with Auctiva as soon as they log in? We would then be immediately aware of issues with any parts of the site, slowness, etc.and could try again later, rather than hanging around trying in vain to list. It is very annoying to be faced with a variety of 'error' messages or interminable slowness and not know what is causing it, or how long it's going to last.
I understand now that there is a current problem with the firewall. However, I could load fairly quickly early Sunday morning from the UK, but by lunchtime it was getting tricky and by tea-time well nigh impossible. This , to a non-techy, HAS to be a bandwidth issue, surely?
I'm having problems now everytime I want to post a new listing or repost an old listing , The site won't let me anymore. I click on POST or when I click on my select template, nothing happens. It shows that I clicked and that's it nothing. I've mentioned this problem before and nothing happen. I've even tried rebooting my system and the problem is coming from auctiva's site. I'm considering using another solution site for ebay. Auctiva was my favorite but I'm getting frustrated now that this keeps happening all the time
