I already have 2 support cases open that are not being resolved. Do I really need a third one?? You are the same person that has responded to the support tickets, so does it matter if you do it here or there?? It being posted on the board isn't preventing you from looking into anything.
Filing support tickets don't seem to be making any real difference other than it takes the issue off the board.
I just want these issues fixed and not hidden away and forgotten.
I do recall speaking with you through a couple support cases you have opened recently, but the issue you described as “product details/identifiers are also not transferring over to eBay” does not sound familiar to me.
Assuming we have not discussed that issue yet, I will need at least one example of a listing for which you experienced that problem and a description of exactly what information did not transfer to eBay successfully in order to look into it further.
Although our Community Forum is an excellent place for discussions between members and we do our best to help out when we can, issues that require multiple responses back and forth and/or discussing specifics of an account or are best discussed one on one through a support case.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
