scheduled maintenance all day thursday?

Can't get images to load using Firefox, altho works in IE. Also ... scheduling is working intermittently. AND when it doesn't work & you hit the back button, all your info is gone - have to enter it all again I am a former programmer so I sympathize with upgrades, but it would have been nice if this was done after the ebay sale... so much to list!

All my work for listing has gone. Been working on it and editing it, tried to save it a few times but page came up error, now its back to square one, so im doing it again, saved pics and info, but still take another 40 mins to do, if it goes in this time.

Andrea, my point exactly! WHY aren't these upgrades done at a time when less people are jammed on the site trying to list? Why do you continue to do these upgrades at peak listing times??? How about late at night or very early in the AM? And do you even check what's going on with Ebay at the time? Why would you choose the last 5 days of a reduced fee promotion to do this? This is just terrible and no wonder there are so many upset people.

I agree! This is a ridiculous time to mess around with restructuring, at the end of Ebay's sale. It's almost 2 pm and it's taking 10 minutes to open a window only to find that my listings are disappearing. GET IT FIXED AUCTIVA!!! We're losing money every minute you can't figure things out. Why not do this at 1 am, or 3, instead of mid morning?

Its also being done at peak time in UK, between 4 and 9.00pm, when i list also.
Its now 8 O'clock(pm) and all is not well, all will be forgiving if it resumes soon, my last night , before im away tomorrow x

well im off for shower and changed. Hope it gets put right the second im gone

acutally this is maintiance very week which the site many down for hours

this make high vol seller using auctive lost big money , we cant list any thing , that the sales profit may be 100-500US more ,

I dont think acutiva should have any down time , they should have a back up server
esp it should not be down for any schedule list

It's been going on all day now, at least 6 or 7 hours. I can't even get a saved listing to come up, much less get anything done.

WHAT IS GOING ON .... I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET ONE LISTING UP TODAY ... THIS IS KILLING ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My listing i put in 24hours ago scheduled for today,well the time has been and gone and its still not listed or posted. Im trying to edit it, but can't as its wrong and i need to sort it before it goes in.Trouble is i dont know if its going to list automatically when everything is fixed

4 p.m. east coast here too--can't do anything. Can't select template, can't select image--goes to blank page. Losing a whole day's worth of work here.....

Thanks for everyone's help in bringing these issues to our attention. Our engineering department is aware of the errors that are being encountered on the Auctiva website at present, as well as some posting problems, and is working to correct them as soon as possible.
