Scheduled Posts Did Not Post on Time

The damn scheduler is down and support was notified about 20 minutes ago but they have not responded and nothing of mine posted so I tried rescheduling and now all I get is "An Error HAs Occurred. If it continues pleas file a Supprt request" like that is helping right now

Same here...... NOTHING is listing. What the heck is going on?????

You can't even do a Post Now and dump them to eBay all at once. The whole posting area to eBay is not operating and no one is answering Support requests.

Mine haven't posted either. I can't believe that I pay $10 a month and can't even get live chat. I did file a support request, but they probably won't even read it until tomorrow!

When I attempt to post them one at a time directly, I get this error message:

This ad currently has scheduled posts. In order to post it now the ad must be saved and the changes will be reflected in the scheduled posts. Are you sure you want to post now?

And still nothing back from support

I noticed that some of the pictures are missing as well. They are not just missing from the scheduled and saved postings, they are "sort of there" but not really in the image picker as well.

Things is not good.

NOTHING is posting to Ebay. Nothing I scheduled posted on time. Then when I tried to just post them all at once, I got an error message. VERY disgusted -- my customers expect to see listings at the same time every Sunday! And I get believe you can't even call directly to tell them their site is totally down -- give me a break --

Since we pay for the service now, I think we should get some sort of refund for this failure.

I cant even post instantly ... I have 30+ listing that were supposed to be listed as scheduled ... this is how I feed my family right now... upgraded to premium member but still cannot get a phone number to call ... this is killing me.

I have had the same problem. I worked all day to schedule listings tonight. They did not post and I am mad!!!!

Same issues here, nothing is posting! Talk about lack of customer service. I could understand if this was still a free service. But you want me to pay you, to ruin my weekend.

Great, now all of my listings just posted at one time! Guess, at least they posted.

I am glad yours are. Mine are still sitting in ready limbo and nary a reply from customer support yet.

This is a disaster. 7 day listings started on Sunday is the listings that yield best sales. Now because of Auctiva I'm going to lose out on quit a bit of revenue. Is Auctiva going to refund me my loses? After all, this is not a free service anymore. Tonight I paid you guys to lose money.

While the bulk of my listing posted at one time, when I normally post every minute, I have about 20 listings still in limbo. Hopeful that they will post in the next hour. This is really a waste of my time!

This is more than a little bit ridiculous!!

I am having the same problems the rest of you are and nothing is being done about it.... and it is screwing up ALL my listings. I always start my listings on SUNDAY NIGHTS, 7 day.

This is screwing up my money!!

Auctiva NOW DEBITS money FROM ME (my Paypal account) EVERY MONTH. When it was a free service, sure, I expected some bugs, but we are ALL paying GOOD MONEY to use this site now.

This is so unprofessional.

I want a refund!

Works now, but 80 listings went up 1.5 hours later than normal.

Not what I expect from a PAID service.

Hi Everyone,

I'd like to extend a sincere apology to all of you for the service disruption. The portion of our system responsible for posting listings to eBay underwent an unusually high load this evening and as result became unreliable.

We've been working to resolve this as quickly as possible and believe we have isolated the problem and re-stabilized the system. However, please re-schedule any listings that failed tonight as unfortunately, they are not recoverable. If you continue to have problems listing please file a support ticket and we'll continue working until all issues are resolved.

Yeah, everything seems back to normal NOW. I got API errors & had to relist my stuff manually, all over again. What a waste of MY TIME!!

Seriously, if this happens even one more time, I think I will pull the plug on Auctiva and try to find a more reliable service. Anyone have any suggestions??

I'm so not happy.
But. At least, it's finally working.
