Is the problem only with the preview, or will it show if we posts new listings on Ebay? Should I wait to posts new listings? Thanks!
No, I tried posting one thing and it did NOT work.
I just posted a listing to my ebay store and it went fine - no problems - shipping is correct.

www.auctiva.com is working fast & fine for me. Clear your browser's cache & cookies, and try again.
I have been having problems all day finally thought it had got sorted managed to list two items just got my third done and when I clicked on save it froze again, I give up for now, will see if it's running problem free tomorrow. 
Site has been slow all day. Just got 4 auctions listed but it took forever. Too bad it's happening on a day ebay has decreased listing fees. Perhaps that is why Auctiva is so slow today...to many users trying to get items listed. 
I'm just thankful it's not me, I hate it when things go wrong and I can't figure out how to fix it but when I find out it's not me, sheesh the relief, great. 
Well it's the next day and it still won't let me list, I get to the last bit click on save and it all freezes, and won't go any further. 
I cannot connect at all through Internet Explorer, what's happening? I can only connect with Firefox, but that won't let me copy or paste not even with the keyboard is it me or is anyone else having these problems? Help!
