i am still unable to post my listings, i had them scheduled they did not post and even tried to post them direct from saved listings, did not happen. Keep getting following error message:
>API Error

We're sorry, but before you list an item you must update your eBay account to a seller's account including a registered credit card. See your eBay account for more information.# Failure<

My ebay account is all ok.
Does something require updating, because of this server move??? Any suggestions??

Well, since you are not paying for Auctiva's services, I guess you could go to another PAID service. I understand the frustration, but this is FREE for us, and we should appreciate Auctiva when it's working great and not bitch and moan when it's not. I believe they are doing the best that they can. In fact, I have NEVER experienced the level of service that Auctiva provides from either Ebay or PayPal.....and I pay them...

Trust me, if someone is threating you... I will deal with it. I expect professional courtesy from all of our employees.

Regardless of the fact that we are free, our goal is to be "Simple, fast and reliable". We are making the investments now to ensure that this goal is realized.

HEY LOOK I CAN'T POST ANYTHING I KEEP GETTING THE SAME MESSAGE AS EVERYONE ELSE, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY EBAY ACCOUNT AS IT KEEPS TELLING ME THAT I NEED TO HAVE A SELLERS ACCOUNT TO BE ABLE TO POST LISTINGS. I DO HAVE A SELLERS ACCOUNT AND THIS IS ONLY HAPPENED SINCE THE MOVE, A FEW MORE GLICHES FOR AUCTIVA TO WORK OUT BEFORE FINALLY BEING FIXED, I HOPE THEY DO IT SOON I HAVE 17 LISTINGS I NEED TO POST AND MORE WILL BE COMING. Besides the fact that posting in all caps is considered BAD netiquette, it makes your post unreadable. If you want to get your point across, quit shouting!

I just use Auctiva for only couple of weeks and experiencing many BIG EVENTS!!! Now I can't do any posting/scheduling or config my store. I have just try to update my eBay token but everything still not working.

The ones I read made me cringe and the replies I saw from us were all professional, apologetic, and sincere. I don't know how my support staff can read cases like that and not pull their hair out. They showed more courtesy and restraint than I think most normal people could. You're welcome to post any of our comments here in the community in their entirety if you'd like.

It appears your main problem revolves around images. I would suggest posting a detailed description of your problem in the images section of our forum. It would be helpful to keep the post short and concise. Everyone likes working and helping someone that's happy and friendly and it just might be another customer that has knows the answer and is willing to help.

I would like to try and make you happy but I'm not sure that will be possible.
