Templates Not Loading and SLOW Tonight!

I am still having the problem. I tried clearing my cache to no avail. I even tried viewing it on IE, but it was the same deal there.

It is 1am (CST) here and I am still unable to relist an item because the template will not load. I need to get my listings posted...going out of town this weekend and I don't want to lose several days with no listings! What is the status on this issue?

As at 7.58 am Thursday, my templates still not working including listings with bids on.

Still no resolve to this after 18 hours a- all I have is the reply below from auctiva

Hi again, mine were ok now they are broken again

I have a similar problem.
My images and text are loading but the Template has completely gone.
From previous Posts it seems to be a waste of time contacting Support.
Listings look poor.

Same here. I filed a support case for good measure.

No templates showing in my listings...bump.

eBay listings still showing a bunch of red X's in a white box? Photos are OK, but it's anything else in the templates. Different templates show X's in differnt areas.

Example: Item 310131501227

(ALL my listings have been doing this since yesterday - I thought it was temporary but it appears no one may know about this or it should have been fixed by now?)

I am also continuing to have the same exact problems- template header picture not loading, title pictures for things like shipping terms and about us showing red X's instead of text, etc. Definitely not fully fixed.

Hi my listing templates are the same and not showing up.
Only red X where the pics should be.

Mine are working now. Hope this is the last time this happens.

I have the same probleme too. Just go my support reply and they said it is a glitch in one of their servers. Not good for sales. My neighbors Auctiva listings are perfect. Different users must be on different servers.

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. The behavior described on this thread was occurring due to another problem we had with one of the servers the template and seller details header images are hosted from. This issue should have been resolved as of about 8:40 AM PT today, so you should now be able to see these images in your listings once again.

They were working for awhile but now the templates are showing broken images again.

At least it isn't me. But then again that would be better for everyone else, :-).

Having the same issue but Auctiva will get it fixed. They always do, but sometimes it takes awhile.

Things are working sporadically then they go south again. Right now header picture and links to graphics (red X's instead of section titles) dont seem to be working right now despite refreshing the page and deleting temp internet files.

Template pictures still not loading! I'm delaying start of some of my auctions until this clears up.

Looks like I spoke too soon...they aren't working...again!

Now mine all seem to be working.

Not holding my breath tho- perhaps they are working on the servers and there are sporadic outages.

While we are all kicking this around, I have a question. It seems to me that sometimes when I "clone" a saved listed to create a similar one, the saved info (such as the template or return policy) is not kept whole in the new description. This causes obvious problems with the ad not being listable (until the return policy info is added back) or the template not being there.

Have any of you seen these kinds of problems, or is it possible I have cloned some incomplete listings (if so they how did the originals get posted as ads with missing return policies if Auctiva won't actually allow you to post ads with missing return policies???)

Is this a known bug or am I just messing up while trying*** to save time?

JacquieP did you try reloading the lot page? For what it's worth I had the same issue but reloading the page brough back the Auctiva content.

Finally! Thank god they are working today.

Mine are all fine. I listed earlier today and saved a few new ones this evening and so far, my templates are all fine.

I am having serious issues with the templates. I can choose between three or four of them, not the ones i want. I haven't looked at ebay to see the impact.

Seriously, since the malware stuff a few weeks ago, the site has been basically worthless. Free means just that, not sure if they're trying to get us to pay or what. I deal in collectibles exclusively and used this site for photo's and templates mainly. Ebay will now let me supersize photos and picturepack in this category for free. I've sent many friends to this biz and now I look like a jerk. Completely sporadic service, problem after problem, unprofessional results, etc... If there is not a SERIOUS fix to the problems VERY soon, I'm out forever.

Yeah, same problem for THREE days now. And not only templates not loading, the entire site is either s-l-o-w as heck or DOWN (keeps going down). Eating up my valuable time!

Is anyone having problems with pictures/listings not appearing in the showcase gallery or is this because I changed my showcase format during the middle of an auction week?

I can't get ANY pics to load and I've got tons of listing to do!
