Time (GMT) in settings different to scheduled display

Hi, I changed the time in the settings to my local GMT (0) London time, and went ahead to schedule a bunch of items, but when I look at the items I have sceduled, they appear to be 8 hours out. I just want to check whether an item will be posted at the time I set it to or is something wrong?

The time zone display only applies to the scheduler so you can schedule your listings according to your particular time zone.

On your scheduled listings page, the launch time that is displayed is PST, which is 8 hours behind GMT, so your listings should post at the correct time.

I just listed some items today and for the first time scheduled them.
The first one should have scheduled for 3.30 this afternoon GMT time, but it's nowhere to be seen, not even in my saved listings.
It's vanished into thin air.
it was definetly submitted and said would be scheduled.

The second one worked, but it said 4.00 am ish PST, and only listed at 7.20 uk time.
Shouldn't it have listed at 12 o clock uk time?
I'm puzzled now.
