Confused I am brand new to Auctiva and LOVE the listing capabilities! I am trying to revise Saved listings to post them again to eBay. I expected them to look like they did when I originally listed them, but find huge discrepencies. Is this normal and do you need to almost start over and not trust that "Saved" is what was "Saved"? The following are a few of the major discrepencies.

1> No longer have PayPal checked
2> No longer have a template selected
3> Can't even figure out what has happened to the pictures

I'm not sure what you are asking me about the images. I can see them in the preview, but not as originally saved. For example, I had 1 picture I used as the primary one for top and gallery and then, cropped for more detailed views. The pictures now show without the cropping I did. What you see at the bottom as I have chosen top & bottom for pictures through the template selection, is 3 pictures of the item without any of them having been cropped.
hmmk not sure what you are experiencing either. When I have tried to edit imported listings, if you add images to the box you get double pics.

I would have the originals in the description and if I did not select images in the boxes - it would look fine but no gallery image. If I added images to the boxes, then I would get the original in the ad and also all the images at the bottom of the auction page.

Are you using Auctiva to crop the pictures? I do mine before bringing them here so that is an area I am not familiar with.
Just so you know you are not alone...I am having similar problems. When I try to edit a 'saved' listing, very often the item specifics have disappeared, the shipping and handling section (where you can select your shipping and handling profile) is completely gone, and sometimes paypal is no longer selected. I went the rounds with customer support. I even sent them screen shots to show them the step-by-step process of what I was doing and what was happening. Their final answer? "We can't figure it out. Try using Firefox." Well, at least they did try! Smile
