Unable to list today

I have been having a similar problem the last couple of days. I can list a few items then the next one will hang. Seems to hang on preview, change template, and save and post. I need to logout and log back in for things to work correctly.

I have tried logging in and out repeatedly hoping that would solve the problem, but no luck. Also cleared all temporary files etc. Guess I'll have to go back to the dinosaur age and list the old fashioned way - I only have so much patience :>))

Not letting me list either. Item description is not working. I don't know how to switch this to the old way. Guess I will have to list from eBay

Happening to me to - unable to save,post or schedule without constant errors for the past 5 days. The newest twist is when I try to save it goes to auctiva's homepage.

Have you filed any support cases about the errors you are getting?

Also, which browser do you use and have you cleared your cache? Auctiva works best with the newest versions of Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.

To make sure your cache is clear:

In Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, click the Internet Options menu item, then click the "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies" buttons.

In Firefox, go to Tools -> Clear Private Data -> Check Cache and Cookies -> Clear Private Data Now.

Remember to close all browser windows but one while clearing your cache.

I have filed a support case - no response as of yet. I am using IE and have already tried clearing all cookies - still not working. I too had the same problem the other day though of, no matter what I tried to click on, being brought back to the homepage and losing everything.

Same here and i filed a case 4 or 5 days ago and have not herd nothing.

Still cannot list - same problems today. Screen hangs whenyou try to save, post, check errors, ebay fees etc. Filed a support case - have not gotten a response. Need some help here - FAST.

I have done test posts in both environments (IE and Firefox) and am not having any problems at all. That is probably of little comfort to you, but at least you know we are trying to figure out what is happening for you folks.

I know you have all filed support cases, but make sure that you check your junk mail/spam filter to make sure that our responses are getting through.

Also, please make sure you are using the most updated versions of IE and Firefox. Here is the link for a free download of Firefox 1.5 http://www.mozilla.com, which is really your best choice of browsers for Auctiva.

Let me know if you do that and still have the same problems.

hello all-
thank you, Auctiva Cara! I was having all sorts of wonkiness using Safari on a Mac. My first batch of listings was fine a couple of weeks ago. Then today, not so much. So I came here looking for ideas/answers... dowloaded Firefox, and all is well. Anyone having weird problems (mine was, I couldn't get my seller profile to load), I encourage you to try this if you haven't. It'll take you 5 mins (Firefox is very smart and automatically imported all my bookmarks and prefs) and hopefully Firefox will solve your problems too. And no, I don't work for Firefox. Or Aucitva.

I did install the Firefox browser and was up and running again - with the exception of pictures loading randomly - definitely NOT in the order selected. Less of a frustration than not being able to list at all for the past 3 days :>
