Hi, Recently I joined Auctiva and decided to go for the $9.95 plan per month. Your basic details of which are as follows:

$ 9.95 /mo.

Unlimited Standard Plan

– Unlimited Listings
– Unlimited Access to Templates
– Unlimited Access to All Auctiva Features
– No Listing or Transaction Fees
– 1GB Image Hosting (~10,000 Images)

I have recently deleted any excess images but still cannot even upload one single image.

Please advise what is going on and how this problem can be rectified.

I just reviewed your account and I do not see anything about it that should prevent you from being able to upload images, so my hope is that you are no longer experiencing this problem. I reviewed our support case records and I was unable to find any support cases that you have submitted about the issue you have brought up repeatedly on the community forum. I created a case with your son's email address in response to his attempt to contact us through the forum last week and I never received a response from him about that.

In any event, I will create a support case for you in a moment using the email address associated with your Auctiva and forum accounts and we will be happy to help you out through that support request.

How stupid are you Mike from suport I an missing 5 listngs from today so you better get it together and figure out something and not your genaric answers. Tell me are you the only tech for this big company because I see no other name from Auctiva, I hope there are some of us that are smart enough to relize we are being screwed around with some realy sad tech suport.They basicaly messed up big time and cant fix the problem or just won't or cant.I personaly dont know what to do they don't give solid answers but they take our money for a service not given,we need to all stay on there backs and stay on suport and push for answers.If i here about deleted pictures once more from them I will flip.There are sites as ripoff.com that will expose issues like this and there are forums I say we make them sweat

I just reviewed your account and see that you still have about 5000 images in the Deleted Images folder within your account. These images will all be permanently deleted soon as well unless you go to into your Deleted Images page and restore the ones you still need.

We are only permanently deleting images that have been marked as deleted and are on your Deleted Images page so I am confident that you would not have any more images disappear if you were to restore all the images that are currently on your Deleted Images page.

While I understand that you could have deleted all of these images deliberately and may not want to restore them, given the experience you have been describing thus far, it seems fairly likely that there are images in the Deleted Images folder that are pending permanent deletion that you are still using.

If you would like to restore any of the images that are currently in his Deleted Images folder, he can do so by first mousing over the "Images" tab within your account and selecting the "Deleted" option. From there, you’d need to check the boxes next to the images he would like to delete and click the "Restore" button on the top of the page.
