Why are my new auctions not showing in my Auctiva Store or Window?

Hello. I listed several items last night and today using the regular Ebay listing tool. I would like for these items to show in my Auctiva window and in my store. I have tried everything I know of to find a link or something that will allow me to upload them to my Auctiva store and cannot find anything. I thought maybe it would just take a few hours, but it has been around 16 hours since my first listing and still nothing. Can you please help?

Usually it takes several hours for your listings to show-up, been since it's been 16 hours, you'll need to file a support request with Auctiva to reset your listings. I've had to do this once before.

Hey Cav,
have you found a way to look at listings without making a new post?? I do listings when I can and then schedule them all to start at a specific time. If I want to go back & check or do some editing I always end up with 2 of the same listings 2b posted. chelsea

It typically takes 4-6 hours for listings posted directly through eBay to be imported into Auctiva. Since it's been significantly longer then that, I ran a reconcile on your account and you should see the rest of your eBay listings have been imported in the next few hours.

If you want to edit a scheduled listing, go to Auctiva -> Listings(tab) -> Scheduled. Then check the box next to the listing you want to edit and click the "Revise Listing" button. Once you've made your changes, click "Save" to save.

If you click "Save as New", a duplicate listing will be created.
