Auctiva Jeff CEO

I see that you responded to a forum discussion here in the community this past weekend, which means you are reading these forums. Since you are reading these forums, then you are obviously aware Auctiva has issues with performance, stability and usability.

What is Auctiva doing? There is minimal response about these problems other than the useless clear your cache response. There was a reply that a server had run out of memory and was being rebooted.

Will you please acknowledge these problems? Will you please outline some plan to resolve them?

The situation is terrible these past weeks and this weekend tops the futility scale. Users of Auctiva cannot get work done.

Is it all of us or some of us?

Please say something, do something!!!

I get lost connections, lost edit sessions, slow image loading, lost schedule posts, can’t login sometimes or really slow login. I have no issues on eBay, Google, my webmail, Hotmail when I compare speeds and stability.

P.S. Any other Auctiva users with these problems please reply to this thread with your recent experiences and frustration levels.

BE POLITE IN YOUR RESPONSES!!!!

I have to agree with Richard. The site has been close to unusable over the past few days. Tasks that should take 5 minutes wind up taking 30 minutes or more. Question I would have is - what has changed recently? Can this issue be traced to a hardware issue or a software change gone awry? Please give us back our old Auctiva.....

Regards,

Andy
http 404 reply to above link. Sounds like when I'm trying to save a listing...

I'm not bangin on the site, it was absolutely great until around 2 months ago. The weekend that all my buyers got the message that this is a fraudulent website when trying to pay actually. After that came the 'fix' to that problem, then the upgrade (which if you read the message boards is more often refered to as a downgrade). I CANNOT waste time trying to run a business. I CAN let you know what the problems are. YOU CAN fix these issues or lose your customer base.
For being one of the largest ebay solution, I just can't believe how incredibly bad the performance of there system is. More than half the time I use the system, it hangs up. I'm not a violent person, but I've actually thrown my wireless mouse across the room because of the frustration I've had with auctiva's extremely poor performance. I've gotten use to the interface and would rather not switch, but it may come to that soon. I'm just afraid I'll loose customers because the photos they host don't load half the time. So, what's the plan? Is auctiva done! I appreciate any other recommendation for the sake of my business.
