Best offer disappeared and error message: memory 1193

It just did it again with the error message. The exact message reads

out of memory at line 1193.

I also can not open up any saved listings at this time either.

I have also just noticed the missing best offer option. you can get round it by listing without it then going to the ebay listing and editing it. Hopefully Auctiva will reinstate it soon

hi have you had ant trouble with your listing when editing i have it keeps adding gallery and you cant get rid of it

We're also noticing the Best Offer disappeared....a little disappointed about that. We list at least 50 items in our store daily, so it's an important feature for us. Hopefully Auctiva brings it back AND includes the auto accept feature as well.

I came on the community boards to ask this very question! I have been listing today and on the majority of templates the best offer is not coming up. Please can you tell us when it will be back up and running as it were!

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. The issue of the "Accept Offers from Buyers" option not showing up when creating new listings is occurring due to a bug in our system that was introduced yesterday. At this point, it appears we'll be able to release a fix for this issue later this afternoon.

I dont think it has something to do with what auctiva did yesterday, if they check, I have put 2 tickets in, in the last few months about this happening and started 2 topics here about it.

One was just last week

This has been going on for a while now and by the time they get to looking at the ticket the next day, the best offer is back on

It has vanished TWICE from all of my saved listings in my folders over the last few months,

Update - The issue causing the "Accept Offers from Buyers" option to disappear has actually not been resolved quite yet, but we are hoping to release a fix for that issue within the next hour or so. I apologize for misinforming you all previously.

Just wanted to give an update that 3:10am EST, April 17th, the Best Offer is still not available and the message when uploading pictures into a listing is still showing "Out of memory at line : 1193).
