I cannot login!!!!! What a joke!!!!How are users supposed to fix their account to avoid those huge picture hosting fees if they cannot even get to login to auctiva????Is anybody else having trouble signing in?

And me. Tried umpteen times but there is a problem logging in. I get the usual pop up saying the site is trying to access one of my trusted sites and do I want to proceed? I click yes then just get an error message saying 'a problem has occurred...' etc.
This is (obviously) causing me major problems too - can't list, can't work, can't sell.
Please, please can we have a quick fix on this? On the page where I get the error message there are links to 'home', 'help' and forums' but only the one to forums works - you can't go anywhere else from that page...

I'm having the same problem. Can't log in & the only link that works is the one to the forums.
Yes, me, too. For over two hours now, in fact, I have been trying to add some new listings and can't even log in. This is not helping me decide to stay, I'll tell you that.
Please raise a suport request as Auctiva seem to think everything is OK. here is the answer I received one hour ago

Same deal here too - can't login, only the "forum" link works, etc. etc. - can't even get a link to a service request.
I've filed a support request too.
You can access that section by clicking 'help' on the home page (top right) before you try to log in.
And I've just tried to log in again with the same (negative) result so clearly it ISN'T fixed...

Correction! I just tried again and....hey presto - I'm in!
It took a while for the page to load, etc, but the glitch is fixed - thanks Auctiva for sorting this so fast!
I also have a problem with a leaky tap in my bathroom - could you send someone round...? I'd be very grateful....

It is working again... Auctiva tried to blame it on my browser setting, but it was a problem on their side I believe as I did not change anything on my browser and can now access the site. The access to the site was down for about 5 hours... Not very good for a service that now wants us to pay!!!!

I cannot log in either. I just filed a support case. If you click on the help icon...you can too!
Auctiva down again just when I wanted to start listing so I can get my other activities scheduled for the day done later, this is an on going issue since I started using the Site 3 years ago(gotten worse in the last 12 months since I talked to them at E-Bay Live) it will work great for a while and then crash which usually takes about 1-2 weeks to resolve, while I have been patient due to the service been offered for Free I will not put up with this kind of service on a Paid Medium (Money is Time Time is Money)..The time wasted trying to do an auction is no longer tolerable...My advice to Sellers start shopping...
I able to log in but once again the Technical glitches continue, just spent 45 minutes on one auction Lost all the information twice when I went to save the auction know have to start over again.. very frustrating
