I have tried several times to generate an e-bay token, with no luck, I am never taken to the ebay site, Ive clicked on the blue bar several times to no avail, would appreciate any suggestions, Everett

hi everett, i am very new to all of this to and i was having similar problems, a customer service guy from this site recommended that i clear out all of my temporary internet files and cookies and try again.. this helped my problem and gave me the token required.. i hope it works for you.. as i said, very new myself and still trying to find my way around and this is all i can suggest.. good luck, helen
Hi Helen, thanks for the info, Ive deleated both cookies and internet files, but neither helped, Im still at a loss why I cant create a token from this site. It must be something with my computer, but every thing else works, but Ive noticed also when I click on live help on ebay, the live help window comes up with text that says cannot be displayed, I dont understand it. thanks Everett
hi everett, sorry to hear you are still having problems. i would suggest you contact their technical support and advise them what steps you have taken already to fix the problem and what they suggest.. good luck.

Hm, if you've cleared your cache and all that good stuff maybe try Firefox and see how that goes?

HOORAY the problem is solved,by the technicians at protonic .com, seems it was something on the internet options advanced tab, it was fixed by restoring defaults on this tab, the funny thing was that when I couldnt generate a token, the ebay live help was connected to the same problem. thanks everyone for your help.
