None of my ID profiles can be edited and saved or 'saved as' (the current ones have errors.
None of my newly created ID profiles can be saved. They disappear. I can't list new categories.
I have had excellent customer service of recent as it has been escalated to Technical Support (a few days ago after I had this issue just before they developed problems). Nobody could understand my problem since nobody else had it or never reported it.
I am told this has not been reported with anyone else so it's apparently my sole problem. If it is a sole problem this is probably why it is no longer being addressed.
I am closing in on 1,000 active listings with quite a few thousand yet to list. I am cutting and pasting old profiles to create new ones. AARGH. Slow and tedious and boring.
Am I truly the only one?
I must be cursed. Even ChannelAdvisor area rep refuses to return my calls (in case I have to reluctantly move elsewhere).
Along with my ex-husband nothing good lasts.
