I've had the same problem as you describe for several days--my Auctiva store shows the pictures as "waiting to load," but they never load.

It would behoove a/the system administrator to comment on this situation--is it a system problem or do each of us experiencing it have to file a service request?

Needless to say, I'd appreciate anyone's advice. Thanks in advance!
I am having the same problem as the rest on this thread. The only images that load on my store window are from auctions that existed in eBay before I joined. All of these pictures display fine in their respective auctions. The only difference is that the ones that don't show up are hosted at Auctiva. Even those pictures often go to "No picture available" after they rotate around.

I have gone into my auctions that haven't had bids yet and edited out the store window code to stop it from displaying. The store window is a powerful feature, but when it's not working it is a powerful negative to my auctions.
Right now none of my Auctiva eBay listing images are showing up on eBay--not just those for my Auctiva store. This is a bad situation getting worse, for which I expect accountability from Auctiva but none has been forthcoming. (As for their services being free, it's true that I won't receive a bill. However, Auctiva garners a lot of FREE advertising on eBay from the users who don't receive a bill. Really, the tradeoff is equitable. And having "paid" for quality service by providing Auctiva with advertising opportunities, we are certainly justified to expect quality service. Right now we aren't getting it. We're being used a guineas.)

Hello,

The developers are in the process of releasing a software update to the site. They will have it up on the site as soon as possible. Your images should be available at that time. We are grateful for your patience.

Auctiva Support

As I've mentioned before, the users are being used to debug the site. It would have been nice to know that upfront.
