But have you written auctiva support?? IF Not I would do that.. I would maybe put urgent siilar to the PLEAAAAssssee you have done here.

Report has been filed. Gosh I hope they get this FIXED! I'm SOOOOOOOOO ANGRY that I lost over 3 1/2 HOURS of time for listing due to this *****!

OH GOODNESS! EBAY GOT IT TO STOP RELISTING AUTOMATICALLY(ONCE), EARLIER, AND I CAME BACK INTO MY EBAY, DANGIT, DANG THING HAD RELISTED ITSELF AGAIN! GEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ, HELP ME HERE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! I PAY EACH MONTH ON TIME, DANGIT, THIS IS URGENT! COSTING ME $$$! IT MAY NOT BE MUCH TO YOU BUT IT IS TO ME WHEN YOU'RE ON A FIXED INCOME NOT MAKING MUCH IN THE FIRST PLACE! HELP, HELP, HELP.........GOSH I JUST WANT TO CRY........THIS HASN'T EVER HAPPENED TO ME IN ALL THE YEARS I'VE USED AUCTIVA. AND NOW ALL THIS IN ONE DAY, TOO MUCH TO DEAL WITH. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, I CAN'T BE WASTING $ TRYING TO GET THIS ENDED!

Why don't you try this. Do new listing create listing& save it, and do not put under automated. Then totally delete the listing that keeps relisting?? Maybe you have done.. just a thought.

What Vickie said....but try SAVE AS NEW, then permanently delete the original one, that way it will become a separate listing. I've never used auto relist either so I really don't know what I'm talking about but anything is worth a try.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you have been experiencing. I just reviewed your Auctiva account and found that only about 8 of your active listings currently have an Auctiva auto relist profile attached to them. When you are looking at your Active Listings page, you can identify the ones with auto relist profiles because the name of the auto relist profile will be displayed just under the item number.

If you would like to prevent those items from relisting automatically when they come to an end, even if the conditions in the auto relist profile are met, you just need to check the boxes next to them on your Active Listings page and click the "Stop Auto Relist" button.

If you are going to end an item early that has an auto relist profile attached to it and the auto relist profile is configured to relist the item automatically if it does not sell, you need to make sure to use the "Stop Auto Relist" option on the listing within Auctiva before ending the item within eBay to prevent it from relisting automatically. It appears this was not done for the items you mentioned in your support request.

I also see that some of your listings have a duration of "Good til Canceled" and, based on the way that duration works, eBay will automatically relist them at the end of each 30 day stint until they are sold or you end them manually through your eBay account. If you would like top prevent any of these from relisting, you would just need to end them through your My eBay page.

Mike, oh my gosh, I'm so incredibly upset and STRESSED to the MAX because of this ONE ************ item! I've been on HOLD w/Ebay, yet ANOTHER hour 1/2 so far, and when I finally reached a person, this lady isn't understanding ANYTHING I am saying to her. I've explained to her everything that happened. I thought the problem was solved last night, but apparently not when I woke up this morning to check things. I have gone and DELETED all the Auto-relist profiles. I am not even going to fool with that **** anymore if this is what I have to go through. It's NONSENSE! Yet, even after DELETING the auto-relist profiles(all of them), Deleting the template, starting completely over with a new listing from scratch, this one particular item has kept relisting itself when I've ended it again. Then fighting with Ebay for my fees. Gosh Dang! They charged me $.60 this am, refunded me .10.

I am trying to make sure I don't do any 'good til canceled' items anymore as well as I'm going to go change all of those. I will do what you said and see if this helps me. I really appreciate you getting back with me. At least you understand more of what I'm talking about. Darn people at Ebay don't understand squat sometimes. Makes me crazy!

THANK YOU AUCTIVA MIKE D FOR ALLLLLLLLL YOUR HELP. I not only deleted the old auction, but deleted my relisting profiles as well, started with a completely new one and so far, so good. Thank you again for all your help! This is one nightmare I don't want to repeat anytime soon!
