Hi, is anyone else having problems posting to Ebay? I have been creating new listings and posted them right after they were created...but they show as scheduled and status shows ready. They will not post. Any help would be great. Thanks!

YES, I have been having the same problem the last few hours. I opened up a case with Auctiva but it usually takes about 3 days to get a response. I guess I will have to use turbo lister until its fixed.
Yes I have been having the same problem. I thought I was doing something wrong, but I guess it is Auctiva. Hope it gets fixed soon.
Hi, I looked for a thread to see if Auctiva has addressed this but couldn't find one. This happened last year Easter week if I recall...hopefully it will be fixed soon. I will post if I get any reply from support.
I am so furious. I have 20 scheduled posts!! I have worked hours to get them to post at this time. I even tried to re-post one and that didn't work. Mad
I just got a reply from support, it is a problem with 1 of their servers and they are working on it.Here is the email :
Hello,

Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter, and I'm sorry to hear about your trouble with this. We have received similar kind of issue from other customers as well. The listings are moving into the scheduled page instead of posting directly. This appears to be related to an issue with one of our servers. Our Engineering Department is currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

In the mean time, I would suggest you to try canceling the duplicate listing from the scheduled listing page and not to try posting the listing again until the issue get resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

Thank you,
Auctiva Support.
what a joke, i am a newby here that was recommended here and i spend hours getting 60 listings ready and it won't post a single one, and now i hear this is a common event. what gives?????????????????????
I had the same problem today and thought I did something wrong.

I wish my new auctions would post before my other auctions end, but this is the first time I have had this problem and this site has saved me a TON of Ebay fees.

Thanks for the update!
SmileThe first auction I posted when this problem first happened has now been listed. I still have two others that have not. But I guess some progress is made!
I've been using Auctiva for a few years and this has never happened before. It's too bad, but I guess I should have Turbo Lister set up for emergencies... Eek
here is the answer the y gave me,
Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately at this time due to a server issue some of our users are reporting issues in posting to ebay. We are aware of this issue, and are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime please wait for those items to fail before trying to post your listings again. We will make sure to let you know when this issue is resolved. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
So... since I went in and cancelled all the scheduled listings they won't post at all I hope! Otherwise, I will have double or triple listings. Confused
This is not a good time for this to happen. I depend on getting my auctions out at a set date... might cost me $ in the end. Frown
Hi, I did get a reply from support same as above, then received a second one stating its fixed. I went to the saved listings screen and refreshed the screen and they all posted only once. Hope everyone gets the same results..Good Luck!
