Problems uploading a multi-listing to eBay

Hi all.

I'm trying to do a multi-listing of watch parts where the MPN is linked to a photo and when that MPN is selected from the drop-down menu the appropriate photo is displayed in the gallery window. When I preview the listing in Auctiva everything works fine and tests as OK but when I upload to eBay only the header photo is displayed and there is no MPN shown in the drop-down menu. Does anyone have any ideas?

it is difficult to say what the issue may be without reviewing the listing, however, it may be the way you have the template configured or some other minor detail in the listing. If you are still having trouble, please feel free to contact our support team directly by filing a support case from under the Help tab of the site and let us know the title of a listing or two where you are running into this trouble and our agents will be happy to have a look and assist you.
