I'm getting this error when I try to list today: Failed Listing Generated the Following Warning: Return Policy Attribute returnDescription Not Valid On This Site I've removed text from the free text fields. My return policy is 30 days, no restocking fee. Still won't go through. Any ideas? TIA Caren

Easy way to save active listings to reopen eBay store later????
I am going to make a temporary move and will not be where my inventory is to be able to ship. I intend to close my eBay store for a couple of months to save the subscription fees, but would like to find an easy way to re-open it when I return. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Am thinking that I need to somehow mark or move all active listings into a folder before I close it, but then I am concerned about quantities on listings that have more than 1 item ( especially if some have...

No option to close enlarged thumbnail
On my ebay listings, when you click on a thumbnail to enlarge it, theres no option to close the enlarged thumbnail. Escape does nothing, nor is there an X in the upper right corner. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you

As a result of some of the changes that eBay has made in the last year or so, it is no longer acceptable to have insecure content posting to eBay. All of our resources are now compliant with this, but if you are using previously saved listings there may be content added directly to the listing description, or in many cases a Seller Details profile where an insecure URL exists that our...

Hello JRAJ22 - We are not aware of any issues on our end that would cause such a difficulty using our standard templates, however, there is a known issue with the supersize images that matches the description you have provided if you are using a custom template. Come again in English. I have been with ebay since 2010 and autiva shortly thereafter. At 82 years old I still have all my faculties but I gather you want me to remove my protection and then be able to list with you agency again. Please clarify!

Hi Parry12, We are not asking you to remove any sort of protection to access your account, we're asking you to clear the cache of your browser as it seems to be holding the page from the maintenance message. Browsers typically cache some parts of website data to allow them to load pages faster if you return to them, and it sounds like your browser is holding that message page instead of allowing the site to load as it should. Hello Maryle, Unfortunately there is no way in your Auctiva account to save an already active listing while it remains active. If you made the listings in Auctiva, you should have saved listings which will remain intact in your Auctiva account. For listings that were not created and posted via Auctiva you would need to wait for the items to close on eBay and then import them from the Closed Listings page of your Auctiva account into your Saved Listings within 90 days of them closing. Hello Elbcounselor, When you first reach the listing creation page, you will want to set the pull down for the eBay site (in the upper right of the page) to eBay Motors US - Parts and Accessories or eBay Motors. Once you have selected the one you need for the site, you will then have the appropriate category options for your listings. - Craig

Hello Caren, The message you have included is a warning that is associated with a Failed Listing. There should also be a failure notification as the Warning message you note would not prevent a listing from posting in and of itself. It is very likely that there is also a corresponding failure notification. If you hover over the My Account menu, you can then click on the red number (this is for failure notifications) and you should be able to see a corresponding message for the item where you...

Hello Poopppy - We are aware of a very intermittent issue that has affected a small number of accounts where there have been issues with Auto Relist profiles which appear to be a result of delays in communication between us and eBay. Our engineers are seeking a solution for the difficulty. Our engineers have made some steps towards a resolution and are continuing to work on the issue. Im having a problem and sent a support ticket last week, No response, I've never needed support with Auctiva, I've relied on EBAY with this automatically relisting two items that are not for sale and not even in my possesion any longer. EACH had its own reason i needed to end. Going on since March 2018 or more.
