I got a bunch of error events:
API Warning

As a reminder, in the upcoming weeks, eBay will require that you include your return policies. At this time, no action is required however and your postings will not fail without this information.

I have a return policy in the listings! Are they going to fail on the next reup? Sample Item number: 310089360073

As with anything Ebay does with all their many useless changes, there's bound to be glitches. I never had a return policy, yet I've been listing without getting any warnings. Confused As long as you are still able to list I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks for the link Reba...I finally added a return policy the other day. Wonder what they'll come up with next Roll Eyes
I'm guessing that this is something that ebay just now decided to do (out of the blue--what a shock!) and I'm sure that Auctiva is having a hard time trying to keep up with all their new regulations. And now that ebay made this announcement, Auctiva will have to change their alerts once again....I'd just ignore them since they don't mean anything, and hopefully it'll all get straightened out soon Wink
A few months have passed since this thread, but no change. I have a return policy, which is in line with eBay requirements but am still getting the warning events saying "As a reminder, in the upcoming weeks, eBay will require that you include your return policies....."

I would hate for my listings to be rejected. Can any body tell me now what I should do?
I also have been receiving these warnings that I don't have a return policy when I do. My other issue is I have a return policy set up under my checkout policy and when I go to check it, it changes. It is supposed to be return within 7 days, money back, buyer pays shipping, but it keeps reverting to 3 days, exchange, buyer pays shipping. How can I get it to stay at the 7, money back, buyer? (Under checkout options, I have a saved template, with this information in it, and even after I change it back to what it should, it reverts again)
