I did recieve an email stating my problem would be resolved in 10 hours. I never got a request for additional information regarding the case. I have no spam filters on at all for my email account. It would be nice if the resolution list showed the date of each action. I checked the first 2 or 3 days an didn't get any action and suddenly there's several I missed. It says the problem is resolved.

I have 440 listings on eBay. When I got to my Auctiva/Listings/Active I see about 116 listings. I'm frustrated. Is this all Auctiva is going to allow me for listings? The 25th and 28th August were the last times I tried generating a token to see if that helped and nuttin'.

I'll file another ticket and see what happens.

I gotta' say that the 'List of user cases' icon that states 'Hold - Proposed resolution We have sent you a resolution and are awaiting your response' is both frustrating and confusing and boders on insulting. I'm voicing this opinion as a suggestion, not as a wholly negative comment. The user gets only a memo stating the matter is being worked on while the Icon definition indicates Auctiva is waiting on information from ME to complete the process. In fact no resolution was proposed to ME and my query as to what information was required from me goes un answered. It seems to me many people have problems and some may be resolved by better definitions of the process. I may be way off base here, does anybody get the same felling or am I the only one waiting a week for their listings to be imported. If I were told from the begining it would take 7-10 days I would just kick back and say "Let 'er rip guys. Give me a shout when yer' done instead of pulling my hair out wondering why I missing a good weekend for managing my listings (even though I have items in my Store Window I can't change to the items I have newly listed to place in the Window). I also have not used Auctiva listing service, still preferring TL2 because I know it works, clunky at times, but predictably. Wow ME Mike! Make me WANT to drop TurboLister by showing me Auctiva is a better product. Just my 2 cents.
Hi Nokatay,

I'm definitely sorry to hear that your current eBay listings have still not been imported. This process should not take 7-10 days so, since it is taking so long, there is definitely something amiss.

The reason the status of your case is "Hold-Proposed Solution" is because our support representative anticipated that the action he/she took would resolve your issue. If it is apparent that this action did not resolve this issue, please don't hesitate to respond to the case with that follow up information.

I've just sent a message to our engineering department and they will have the remainder of your current listings imported as soon as possible.

If you have any further questions, feel free to file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page:

I can't imagine using Turbolister over Auctiva. I considered it once ages ago..years ago. But why pay extra for something that third party solutions do for nothing.

Extra charge for each and every photo and scheduling with Turbolister.

I'm schedule ahead plenty and can't imagine doing business otherwise and I tend to use more than one pic when selling tangible items.

eBay makes enough off auctions as it is without giving them any more.

No charge for these items with Auctiva.

Go Mike!

Good Luck, Donna
Turbo Lister is Free to use. When I want extra pictures I can insert one line of html code and get the added pictures. My problem is if something is not working the value of Free is null and void. I'm dubious of using the Auctiva Listing feature because I can't get my exisitng listings to appear in my Auctiva listings. So far about half of my listings have been imported. I've been waiting 18 days to use Auctiva so I can't really say if it's better than TL2, yet. So far it hasn't been very hard to use, what parts I have available to me, but getting to the point to be able to use that has been frustating and little to no imput from Auctiva except for Mike from here. I keep getting "be patient" notices on my problem ticket. If I was told from the beginning that it would take 2-3 weeks, I would sit back and wait.

Has anybody used Auctiva to generate reports, inventory, when listings end, categories etc. TL2 is a far from perfect product, partly the reason I'm trying Auctiva, the store window is the main attraction of course. TL2 eats memory on my computer, necessitating a restart every 1/2 hour or so with intensive use. I can get a one minute DL of up to the date listings status with TL2 though and print individual categories, date or dollar value structured lists. I would LOVE to do all with one program. For the price you can't beat the Store Window. It's just plain AWESOME. I just want to be able to access it for the listings I want to use.
Hi Nokatay,

This process certainly shouldn't take 2-3 weeks, ever, so there is certainly something amiss concerning your account.

I just sent a follow up email to one of our engineers they will address this issue as soon as possible. I'll also post again to this thread once I hear the import process on your account has been completed, or if I have any other pertinent information to relay.
