Value pack special

Since Value Pack includes Ebay's Listing Designer, which Auctiva does not offer since they have their own plethura of templates, I don't believe you can use the Value Pack when listing through Auctiva.

If I remember right, you will have to take your html from your saved listing here and then go to Ebay to list to get the Value Pack.

Tis is stupid. I know Auctiva doesn't use the designer feature, but Ebay lets you have the special if you use just the gallery and subtitle. Auctiva should be able to accommodate that.

I created a couple of ads today and listed them using Auctiva. I DID NOT select gallery when I created them. Once they posted, I revised from eBay and was able to add the value pack special, I was only charged the promotional price, cheaper than gallery + subtitle. Worked for me, hope this helps!

Has anyone else tried this tip??? I have a lot of listings and am trying to get them done today and tomorrow but won't knock myself out if it doesn't work.

I tried what jayel suggested and it seems to have worked but took a little extra time....guess it's worth it to save some money.

So I end up saving only 10¢....why don't they actually offer us, the people who have made them what they are today, a bargain?

I must be crazy but I did what Jayel said and didn't add a gallery photo through Auctiva. However, when the auction was listed and I went to revise, I can't find the area to click to get the Value Pack! I wanted to add the subtitle too but I'll probably now be charged .85 cents, .35 for the gallery and .50 for the subtitle. Where is that box to click??????

EDITED TO ADD: I found the link and added the Gallery photo (which I don't pay for anyway on Auctiva) and a subtitle. I already had the template from Auctiva. So, it still cost me $.25 for a subtitle I didn't really want.

I guess if you don't use Auctiva it's a good deal but for us, way too much work for so little.

I totally agree, I had to rack my brain to think of something to put in the subtitle, which I never use. I am listing my regular way. When is 20¢ listing day, any clues? I have been 'on vacation' for a couple of months.

Beachhousenana, I can't wait for the .20 listing day. I have a pile of stuff just sitting and waiting. They never seem to give any clue about when it's coming. One day you open your mailbox and there's the announcement.
