Help...Ebay Token

I'm sincerely sorry to hear you are having trouble generating your eBay token. Sure, can you please try registering for another Auctiva account using a different username, and try generating your token for that account?

Once you get a chance to try thid, please let me know the result through your open support case.

I am not able to activate the token. I signed up here because TL2 has too many bugs to deal with. And now this! so frustrating!

No joy.

We have been receiving a decent number of cases from customers who are unable to generate their tokens in recent days. I believe, in your case, that re-registering with a brand bew account is a good idea.

I went ahead and removed your previous account information from our database, so please feel free to register for a new Auctiva account at your earliest convenience. Hopefully, you will successfully be able to generate a token for your new account then.

That makes sense....it sounds like the reason you are unable to generate a token for your new Auctiva account is because your eBay account is already associated with an existing Auctiva account in our database.

I also have problem getting ebay token, I did have the token in previous auctiva account so I closed my previous Auctiva account but still cannot get the token. my user ID is: sakuraselect, please help

my ebayid is sweetdomain and I have the same problem here as this post. Could I get this solved for me as well please.

Can you please delete any other accounts that are associated with it. I thought that I had done that a while ago.
