you can add as many pictures as you want so add some more pictures? check out eBay fee list...starting at 9.99 may save you $.20.

Better- more thorough descriptions...Princess item said included gel, lotion and more....what the heck is more? What am I getting for my money??
Fountain pic and many others are very blurry
Most pics are very small and most of your listings are in very small print. Needs to be larger and look friendly. At least princess looked friendly and fun.
Have someone go through and edit your listings, checking for typos, mis-spellings, grammar, punctuation and capitalization. Many people find it a huge turn off when people can't present their business in a proper & professional manner.
Once you have a feedback rating established, tell them to check your feedback...What can you offer that is positive..why do they want to do business with you?
Once I have bid on an item, how fast will it be ordered and shipped? I don't want to hear how you won't be responsible...I want to know you are placing my order immediately or the following day after payment is received...

'withthe' - mistakes like this imply a lack of attention to detail, so how professional will the seller be?

Spelling is still pretty bad in the description. Not very professional at all. Could be a possible reason for low/no sales.
I don't mean to be harse, but the items that you are selling may have something to do with it. By the time you add shipping into these products, you could buy them for much less at a retail store like Target, Dollar General Store and other such places. Maybe you should consider changing the products that you sell, if after trying out the suggestions from other posters doesn't work.

I know this reply is being posted a good while after the original post, but I think the main reason you are having trouble getting sales is that you do not have any "auctioned" items for sale. The main way customers are going to see the items in the store, is to find your store icon while looking at auctioned items.

This is an OLD thread but I just have to stick my 2 cents in here...I looked at only one of your listings, the 6 piece dolphin bathroom set..23.00 for shipping???? Someone is going to report you (not me, but someone) for excessive shipping and circumvention of Ebay fees and you'll end up having all your listings pulled.
I don't trust you right off the bat for having a listing like that (no offense but you DID ask). Ask a reasonable price--have reasonable shipping. You're never going to get any sales this way. JMHO.

This recent negative feedback isn't that good and no reply feedback to contradict the buyer, hmmm.
A seller should never, ever ask for more shipping, what a way to not sell anything to that buyer again.
If I get it wrong insufficient I take the hit, if it is wrong excessive I refund the excess.
Getting this sort a feedback with only a 5 profile for that sort of reason is a disaster which takes a lot of recovering from.
You need to clean up the listings as posted above and think of long term income and not let short term errors of p&p and fees marr your buyers experience of you.

The easiest way to get an unjustified negative removed would have been to give a negative back stating buyers unreasonable behaviour and then go through a mutal withdrawal process otherwise the buyer has no incentive and eBay are unlikely to do anything about your negative.
Incidentally why did you not instigate an unpaid item dispute which is your right after 8 days, often I find the cheques soon arrive.

Good Grief! Your shipping costs are way out there. You are charging $11.65 to ship a $3.00 tube of sunscreen!!!! Anyone with common sense would know that you can't charge that much to ship something so lightweight. No wonder you have no sales. You had better rethink your business because you will go nowhere doing this! Incidentally, I was immediately turned off when your auctiva store came up with glaring misspelled word in the title!
Things are up and down, depends on the items and the time of year you sell. Also, shipping costs are a big deal to people.

1) Have you checked your colour combinations I could not read the description of item 370019717455 because the magneta text and red background are almost the same colour. So basically the description is unreadable and the terms and conditions etc are so long as to make a buyer move on. This item is unlikely to sell.
All you are doing is lining greedbays pockets with insertion fees and at $56 price lucky greedbay.
2) And the spelling mistake is still in the shop title plus other little gems :-

4) "Our store is ope 24hrs a day and 7 days a week for your shopping pleasure."
5) "Paying by Money order or check please send a copy of this listing." that prooves nothing but only the winner can print out the invoice, this approach is asking for trouble.
6) Item 370019711772 BIN 1 cent $14.30 p&p you are going to get blown off of eBay for fee circumvention very shortly and deservedly so as you are not putting any effort into this. You are a contributor to the ever tightening noose ebay is applying to clean up sellers with this sought of attitude.

I would have to concur with the shipping and handling prices being waaaay off base. This is why they are making it harder on sellers.....the country is talking about ebay sellers ripping them off with high shipping costs.
I'd say that is why you aren't selling well.
