FYI: Web servers always run a little slow when they first come online. We load into memory things like item specific information for all categories one time so that they don't have to load for every single user. That loading process slows things down.

We could have come back online quicker, but felt it was safer to completely take one drive array offline and use another. Hence the file copy. Not critical data, but what is necessary for the database to be happy.
The biggest problem I have with time estimates is that I come from being a developer myself and haven't transitioned enough into the management practice of "take the engineers time estimate and multiple by 3 and then add another hour... etc...". I appologize for being off with my original 30 minute estimate.
Please let us know here if anyone is still having a problem connecting to the site.

I hope this dosen't take all night I just check the prices at vendio and honestly I prefer Auctiva. The prices in Vendio are kind of high for Newbie Ebay Sellers.

Yep, seems like at least the photo server is down for me. Can't load the page to select images to add to auction.
Everything was up (slow, but up) for last 40 minutes or so. Looking at why errors are coming in again. Guessing it's due to bringing everything back online (including store window) at a peak time of the day.

I just hit all webservers and was able to log on each of them. It's a little flaky now, but running.
