Seriously guys, just open the pay-for-service branch. Then you could get money to get free auctiva's act together and we wouldn't be doing this same song and dance every. single. sunday.
Clearly, there's enough interest. You guys have been around long enough to prove to the bank you're not a flash in the pan. Just make a solid payment-for-listing service, open it to other sites like ebid.net while you're at it, and fix this issue!

I have cleaned cookies/cache so many time along with other things.Gone to other computer also, still not working.

The service may be free to the users but I assure you somebody pays Auctiva, be it Ebay, a grant and or something else.
The concept that we should have less because its free is just not cutting it.
For those of us who make a living on the web this is a serious issue as we get closer to the "season".
I haven't found a post from Auctiva explaining todays issues..if I've missed someone point it out to me.

FOLKS.... IT'S not YOU.... This happens every bloody Sunday. And they act like we're the only one it happens to. It'll be working perfectly fine around 9pm EST.

I've now been waiting for 15 minutes for one page to load.
To be honest if Auctiva started charging I'm not sure I wouldn't go elsewhere to pay as the trust level is so low due to constant glitches.
Not to mention the total lack of support on the weekends which is the busiest days for the very people who use Auctiva.
Hi everyone, I've only been able to schedule 3 new listings to begin this evening. I normally list about 60 per week. The site is totally slow and I've even gotten error messages. If anyone has any further information, please share? This is really fouling me and I'm sure many other users up on a Sunday no less! I'm so bummed!
Same here. Have been trying to load listing for the past hour or so with no results.
Having the same problems, here and I noticed through the other threads it's been off and most generally on the last week! Selling on eBay is my main source of income and while I appreciate being able to list my items for free, if we can't list our items, what good is it? I'm also tired of clearing my cache and deleting browsing history...etc...especially when the only program I'm running is Auctiva! Sorry, I just needed to vent to others who obviously feel the same and know exactly what I'm talking about! The dog just looks at me and wags her tail when I complain to her!
I am sitting here watching the little green bar on the bottom of my screen after I pressed "save". It sits and sits, but every once in 5 minutes it seems to move.

I must admit I've never had this problem before today. But now, nothing is working except the boards. I finally got my support request to submit (after trying for about a half an hour). I certainly hope we hear something soon
It gives me lots of time to complain while I wait and wait for the page to load.
Has anyone seen a post from Auctiva? I can't even log back into my ticket to see the status. Yes I know it goes to email if they respond but I am busy listing in my own store as well.
Mine has just started working here in Arizona.

Hi Susie, and everyone. Just as explained here, I get that green bar moving like a darn snail and then nothing. I modified a template and made it custom and lost the entire change. I almost cried. Finally got it to save. But I am so far behind the 8 ball now in listings, I don't know what to do. Communication here at Auctiva seems non existent at best.
It appears to be back up to speed again. Wonder if that's because so many got frustrated and gave up.

It was definitely on their end. I tried 3 different computers with different browsers and they were all slow as molasses in the wintertime.
I'm back to say that I'm back where I started. I am now slow again. It is a tad better but not much, how about you?
I quit trying to list anything. I'm just nervously waiting to see if the listings I did manage to schedule drop on as they are supposed to.
Smooth Sailing all morning and it just slowed down to snail's pace.
Talk about slow!!!!!! I tried doing listings yesterday an it took almost an hour to do one. Then I did another one and lost it...Today same thing!! Taking forever to load a page..sometimes losing it...Help!!! Susan
I have been working since 4 am this morning at about 10 am the system slowed way down. I am getting all the same error issues as listed above. My signal strength is excellent and I don't appear to have a problem on any of my other sites! It is a definate Auctiva problem.
So slow I have given up the last couple of days.

I too am experiencing the same slowness. I have no trouble with other sites, but a listing now takes about 45 minutes. You click on error check etc...and a couple minutes later, it finally pops up. Any body else having these problems?
Still very slow...not quite as slow as an hour ago. I got another message from Support telling me the problem is on my end.
Wrote back saying that it most definitely is not on my end, nor am I anywhere near a Sprint Cogent Backbone issue.

Very slow in the UK too, we can't all have slow computers, mine is ok on anything else, seems the problem is with Auctiva, who are either ignoring it, or are aware and can't work out the problem!!

GRUNT, IT WAS REALLY BAD YESTERDAY, AND NOW IT IS EVEN WORSE. THIS IS REDICULOUS. AND IT IS NOT ON MY END ACCORDING TO DSL REPORTS, WE ARE ROCKING AT 1384UL AND 430DL. WHAT IS THE DEAL??

The system is still very very slow. Pictures take forever to upload and save is just as bad. Are your servers overloaded?/

Well, looks like it's back to turbo lister for me. Just about as fast and better money because pictures are in your face no clicking needed.
Definitely slow. Was great this morning and now I just sit and wait for pics to upload and pages to load. I'm going to take a break and surf the net since I don't have any problems with another site I visit.
This is driving me mad, it's basically unuseable so back to Turbo Lister for me.
