What has happened to my Return Policy

Yep, just tried to list and the return Profile is in there, but it's not showing on the Listing and no amount of reloading put's it in.

Check this Forum thread. Auctiva Mike D. reported that eBay has a bug with the API.

The issue of the return policy interface not showing up on some eBay AU and eBay Motors - Parts and Accessories items is indeed due to a bug on eBay's end that they finally acknowledged on the following thread of their developers forum: http://dev-forums.ebay.com/thr...=500023795#500023795

While the thread only mentions eBay AU at this time, we did let them know this is happening for eBay Motors - Parts and Accessories as well but apparently they need to do some additional investigation before they make a public statement about that aspect of the bug. In any event, feel free to check that thread for updates on the situation.

Thanks for the Update.
I eventually did get listings through by making another master profile including the Return Policy and not including any International shipping.
However, on checking the listings after they had gone through to Ebay, the return policy was not there. I copied& pasted the policy back in on Ebay and also put the International shipping in so that it shows up correctly.
When posting the listings to Ebay, I find that once you finish the listing, do an error check and then post it straight away when it comes up okay.

It's a bit of mucking around, but at least the items are now listed!!!
