Jeff gave a work around. He gave out the ip addresses of the servers. Copy a set of numbers where you'd usually type in www.auctiva.com, and you'll get one of the servers. If one number doesn't work, try another one. If one number works for a while and stops working, copy another one in. 38.102.38.77 38.102.38.78 38.102.38.82 38.102.38.83 38.102.38.84

I'm not sure why jeff's link took us here. I did find a post of his that offered a "work around" Instead of using a bookmark or typing auctiva into the hosts field, he gave the ip addresses of each of the servers. if you put any one of these numbers in, you will go to one of auctiva's servers directly. if one doesn't work try another one. keep trying until you get one that works. 38.102.38.77 38.102.38.78 38.102.38.82 38.102.38.83 38.102.38.84

I filed a support request. They said clear cache, cookies etc. I do that routinely before i use auctiva, but when I did it again after their response, I could list again. I can't help but think they also did something from their end, but whatever, it worked. Definately file a support request so they understand this is happening to a lot of people.

I got a response from auctiva. They told me to clear my cache and cookies, which I do all the time, now. But then I did it again, this time my listing worked. I can't help but think that they also did something from their end as well. But, whatever, it worked this time when I did it, so I thought I'd share that it worked. But definately file a help request if listings won't work for you.

I can't either. I filed a support request a couple hours ago, but haven't gotten a response. I've also looked around the boards and haven't seen any responses from Auctiva or someone who knows whats going on. I wish I could know if they're aware of the problem and that they're working on it. It is odd that I too had several fraudulent listings placed on my ebay account yesterday. They don't show up in my listings, though.

Clearing the cache sometimes helps. Also, if I select other image #'s, any one of them but #1, I can sometimes bring up pictures.
