Problem Testing Custom Email Template

I'm new here but I'm having issues in being able to test the customized email template for "Winning Bidder." When I click on "Send a test email" after all info has been inputed, nothing happens. I simply can't bypass testing it and perhaps I have overlooked a step. I watched the tutorial and everything seems to be in place. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
