I'm new here and poking around with custom Templates. I have noticed that the stock templates seem to have a bug when you customize them. Simply by selecting a template (I was trying Smart Handhelds) and saving it with a new name in my custom (folder?) Hello Bushturkey, There is no specific pathname you need to change when saving a an existing template in the Custom area, you should need only name your custom version to be able to save it. Unfortunately there are currently known issues with the supersize feature when customizing an existing template and with the Slideshow options for image layout. There isn't an issue with what you have attempted, but an issue with these features when customizing templates. Our engineers are aware of these...

The main reason I signed up again was for the 1800 templates you offer with your advanced and elite package - there is no such number and they quite frankly are boring unattractive templates. I have hundreds of saved listing with the old fantastic templates but you can’t use them. Very disappointed and you need to change the number that you offer on your welcome email as it is false advertising and if I had known I would not have signed back up.

While the references to our old template system were removed from the website, there are, apparently, still some email on the eBay Only side where the prior templates are referenced. These template had to be discontinued previously as a result of the changes on eBay where active content was no longer allowed. Please can we have some new updated templates sorry to say but they ALL look so outdated and just drab! the Templates for kids or toys look so unfun. :( I feel the whole template system needs to be looked at this was one of the main things that attracted me to Auctiva. I really want to use this older template ( see attached) but it has slight errors and I just can't work out how to fix it as I don't use HTML code. is there anything you can do to fix this template for me?
