Hello Matrobert29, There is currently a known issue with the support site where messages intermittently fail to reach us as a result of using the support form. Our engineers are aware of this difficulty and are seeking a solution. If you run into trouble using the support form for Auctiva, please note that the messaging provides an email address that you can send your support query to directly and our support team will receive this email in the same manner they receive support cases.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
