Me either! I keep getting error messages. Lost my description FOUR TIMES now. First viruses for 3 days, now can't list. How are we gonna pay our bills if we can't list, Auctiva?

I cant post any listings either very annoying!
I think it must be down to sever repairs.

Add me to the list too. Very aggrivating. My son is having surgery the first week of March and I really wanted to get everything listed today so that I'm done by then.

I'm thinking of trying something other than Auctiva even though I really do like them .... too much stuff going on with them right now though

I am having the same problem - thought I would have a day of sorting out items to go on and do photos etc - put 1st item on and it will not save it so cannot list anything - and I like listing on a Sunday oh well suppose I better get up in middle of night if fixed and put them on.

I can't save listings I am working on now either. Auctiva just keeps getting worse and worse. Its been 2 months since everything worked as it is supposed to on weekend and all Auctiva says is have PATIENCE. Well, how much patience are we supposed to have anyway?

Anyone getting responses from tech support on this listing problem?

No response from Tech Support. And yes I agree with all of you, TODAY IS the day. It's Imperative we be able to list. We are definitley going to lose money

Everyone is having this same problem! They are unable to LIST, SCHEDULE, POST, or SAVE! Auctiva has been working on their site since Thursday....When will these problems be fixed?

Over the last couple of weeks, anything submitted on a support request on the weekend has not been answered until sometime into the next week, like Monday or Tuesday. I end up closing them out unanswered in most cases. TEHCNICAL SUPPORT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE IN ON WEEKENDS.

There are no work arounds that I have been able to find.

And I am loosing money every time. Not a good way to do business when ebay is your sole means of support right now.

Very frustrating indeed.... Have 40 items I need to get up today.... Going to give another day and if still all buggy going to have to look elsewhere. Seems it would be worth paying for image hosting elsewhere if service is more reliable. A shame if this has to be the case as personally I like the templates and simplicity of the set up with Auctiva. But free is not much use if it's not working a lot of the time....

If anyone is able to use Auctiva, and finds the problem rectified, or gets a tech response could they please post to this board?

I'll do the same but as someone said earlier there have been no responses from tech support lately, unless its the standard logging of the ticket.

Can't list either. So, now, I have lost 3 days of work! I usually do alot more on Sunday because the husband and boys are watching football or Nascar. So, I get left alone - except during commercials.

My daughter is graduating this May. And I have been listing above and beyond to help with all the extras. There is a huge expense that needs to be paid in full by March 1. If it is not, she will lose it.

This is causing all kinds of stress. Ebay is about 50% of my income. No listing. No $ALES$!

You're lucky. This is 100% of my living and I can't list at all. Very upset.

Well, this is just pure disaster. For several months, I have listed dozens of rare comic books like clockwork on Sunday evening. I have many loyal followers who anticipate my listings EVERY Sunday! If I lose out on a week, I will have to email each one individually and blame Auctiva, but I won't reach them all and there are always new buyers who come along.

The income I earn from eBay is not for fun, it's for paying my bills! This outage is extremely disappointing and there is no excuse for being down this long. Other sites have formal emergency and disaster plans that enable them to get back up and running quickly. Anyone can be hacked if someone sets their mind to it, but I'm afraid Auctiva is asleep at the wheel.

Like all of you, I can't do a single thing on Auctiva with Firefox, Camino or Safari (I'm on a Mac). Firefox now gives a new "Under Construction" page when trying to get to Auctiva. And Google is simply not allowing access through links. Frankly, I've never seen anything this bad from any web-based company. I have been such a big fan of Auctiva even through the little hiccups that are always cropping up.

But this is far beyond a hiccup. This is just pure disaster.

And yes, I have already disabled all internet security options for my browsers, which worked yesterday for a bit but now nothing works.

I have been trying to save the same listing for over 2 hours and all I get is the "Too much traffic, Try again later or contact customer support message" each time I try. Yea right like contacting customer support will net me anything.

Unbelievable!!! After 2+ hours of trying to save a listing I finally got one done!!!

Not guaranteeing the next one will work but it is kind of an improvement, I hope

Same thing here. Thought all was going to work today, not! But they are usually good about getting things done quickly. Let's see how they do with this one. :-)

The problem seems to be fixed now. I just saved and scheduled my 20 listings.

I was just able to post. After 2 hours of trying it finally worked!!

This still completely sucks. I hope they resolve these issues soon.

Not sure if this helped, or it just got fixed whilst I did it, but I restarted and ran adaware. Copied and pasted in word pad, just in case, but I was able to schedule.

Now off to try it again. Fingers crossed.

Yes, I was able to save a listing in Camino! This must mean I will also be able to schedule listings later this evening. This disaster might just resolve itself in the nick of time!

Of course, Auctiva is still dead to Firefox and Google, but any progress is still progress! Fight on, Mike and Jeff, fight on!

I have the same problem. I just listed ab item through ebay for the first time in YEARS!

It cost me $1.50 for my pics...now I remember why I came to auctiva.

I see some are able to post auctions. Hope it is fixed.

We list on Sundays also, and this is very frustrating.

I decided to move my soap room to the basement today. Moving bedrooms around. And I am giving up the little bitty room for the basement. Since I can't list, might as well get something done. When I get tired, I will try to list again.

Not to change the subject, how do I list more than one of the same items in my auction. I keep getting a red alert sayiing there is a problem with my listing if I put 10 - change it to one and it works these are BIN auctions...Thanks, Mike

Mike I have never done the multiple items listings so I can't help. Things seem to be going fairly smoothly right now but after the experience of today and a couple of other weeks, I went back to my account settings and turned off Auctiva checkout. Really hated to do it but...
