message for mike maybe you can hepl me please as i had an account before this one but didn't realise it which has my token and that is why it won't let me go on to ebay can you remove this account for me please so that i can get my auctiva working again . i have been on to support and they were great but then they disappeared and it's not done

Hi, I am having the same problem. i cant generate an ebay token. i had an auctiva account before although just changed my ebay user id.
my new ebay user id is sassy_couture_australia
my email address is sassycoutureaustralia@gmail.com

I have filled out 2 support requests and it has been about 6 days and i have still not received a reply.

any help would be greatly appreciated as my support requests have not been dealt with.

I just reviewed our support case records and found that both of the support cases you have filed in the past 6 days have actually already been responded to. You can find the responses to your support requests by logging into your Auctiva account with username "sassy_couture_australia" and clicking the "Check the status of an on-going support case" link on the "Help" page.

Even though you don't know the username or password of the old account, we should be able to look it up by either your eBay username or the email address on file with the account.

I'm hoping for help here. I'm in the same loop trying to get at token, then being told "An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?"

I don't have multiple accounts, just signed up for a year (hmmm?) and would like to get started actually doing some selling. A support request has gone unanswered.

Hi! I checked your account and customer support replied to your help ticket yesterday (2/8). You can view the response by clicking on the Help link (very top of the page) and in the Customer Support box, click "check the status of an on-going support case."
If you need more help with your token, you can reply to support or close the case if the problem is solved.
