message for mike maybe you can hepl me please as i had an account before this one but didn't realise it which has my token and that is why it won't let me go on to ebay can you remove this account for me please so that i can get my auctiva working again . i have been on to support and they were great but then they disappeared and it's not done

I've been having the same problem as many of you in generating a token. Can the admins on this site PLEASE delete my accounts so that I can register. I've opened a help ticket.

Hi, I am having the same problem. i cant generate an ebay token. i had an auctiva account before although just changed my ebay user id.
my new ebay user id is sassy_couture_australia
my email address is sassycoutureaustralia@gmail.com
I have filled out 2 support requests and it has been about 6 days and i have still not received a reply.
any help would be greatly appreciated as my support requests have not been dealt with.

You can find the responses to your support requests by logging into your Auctiva account with username "sassy_couture_australia" and clicking the "Check the status of an on-going support case" link on the "Help" page.
