My guess is: The listing is uploaded but the Auctiva store won't pull into the listing because the connection has been severed.

Ok again. I answered my own question. For those of us who are stranded in the sorry Sprint area and have no good idea when anything is going to get resolved, we can switch over our internet service provider to another service such as cable internet provider. My local service says they are their own Tier One backbone service and the Sprint/Cogent mess won't effect me by using them. In other words, I can continue to access Auctiva with no problems. Ok, here's a question. If I switch my internet service from Embarq phone company (formerly Sprint) to Charter Communications (cable company), will I have access to Auctiva at that point???? Anyone? Danno? You seem to be the Einstein in the group. ??

I have been trying to log on to Auctiva all day to no avail. It just sit grinding away and never goes anywhere. The only way I can access anything about Auctiva is to google auctiva and click on the community page. Somehow, it let me log on as a previous user name. I tried to log on as current userid and it says I don't exist. And my store items are not showing in any of my 147 ebay listings that I can find. HELP!!! I can't even access the help request screen. booooohooooo SOB/SNORT/SNIFF.

Is anyone else getting FAILED when loading pics? Everything I try everytime I try it fails.

Same here. What gives with the weekends! This is a heavy listing time for me and it seems like the image thingy is always failing?

Does anyone have the solution to this problem? I can't load any photos in my listings at all. This is VERY frustrating. I get failed errors every single time. I just started experiencing this problem yesterday. Someone please HELP ME! Thank you.

I asked ebay the same question. Here is their response back to me. "Thank you for writing eBay in regard to preseting the visitor counters to automatically be on every listing. I'm sorry it took us a while to get back to you. I appreciate the opportunity in explaining this to you.
