hey there everyone ive changed my user name on ebay but it hasnt changed on here? i changed my username a few weeks ago on ebay is there anyway to change it on here pls when i go to the ebay information bit on here it does give katieskosmetics (my new name) but my auctiva store is still 1391katie any replies will be vry appreciated Many Thanks katie

Hi, I've just edited the scroll gallery so it is length ways and a different colour. I copied the HTML code and put it into a text doc and opened it with both IE and Firefox and the links to the items aren't opening. I then copied it over to my site and tried the item links there and the site just said it couldn't find the page. The link at the top of the gallery however does take me to the auctiva site to view all the listings. It's just the individual items. Is this because i've made...

yes i did them on ebay not on auctiva so i have active listings showing but no saved ones does that mean i wont be able to change the pics on the scrolling gallery?

ahhh it says i have to go to saved listings to replace the pictures but ummm guess what i have no saved listings but 13 active ones?? (katie runs and headbutts the wall!!!! lol) is there any way to save my listings whilst active please?

right sorry if im been thick here lol but i uploaded all my new pics there in my picture bit on auctivia when i try to edit my listings it just takes me to ebay so i went to the new pictures that i had uploaded i ticked the box at the side of the first one then pressed replace is that right? hope i explained that ok thankyou very much for your help and im sorry if im been a nuicsense"! katie

hey there i have updated all my photos on ebay and changed the titles the titles have changed on the scrolling gallery but the pictures are still the old ones? how do i update the scrolling gallery with the new pictures please? i uploaded my new pics to auctiva and pressed replace on all of them but that hasnt done anything many thanks katie
