Error regarding shipping cost when try to list a book

Hello. I am new to auctiva and i am trying to list my book with domestic and international shipping cost. I am located in israel. I choose Domestic Shipping Services - other(see description) and 12$ and International Shipping Services other int'l shipping (see description) and 12$ when i post it to ebay i get the error: API Error Shipping service cost exceeds $4.00 maximum allowed for selected category. what should i do so i can list it with the 12$ shipping? i always list from ebay in that...
