Also, when viewing my saved listings I have some thumbnails missing.
2050 uk time, and I can't post anything. Allowed to upload photos, but when I try to list items get an error message. GREAT! I have 100 individual listings to do this evening. It's my fault, they only do updates when I want to use the site!

Forgive my ignorance, but howcome ebay doesn't suffer the same issues when they carry out site maintenance? If I were paying for this I'd be more than unhappy. Some of us make our living on ebay, and to allow this to happen is amateurish!
Jut wanted to say that I had problems saving my listing and just tried again and it seems to be working again but it has not posted as of yet. I was able to save it however.
Not working here at all--can't select image, can't select template--goes to blank page. Lost a whole day of listing and $$$.
Actually able to get into my listings now. Site slowness looks better also. Not sure of any of the previous issues.
Cannot generate a token with ebay and as a result cannot list items for sale. I also can't find any info on ebay help re this. What should I do? In the events area of auctiva listings are all failed because of invalid token.

Postings should be rolling again. Some people will still see some tax table errors and if you do, please repost those listings that failed due to tax errors. This has been fixed.
I'm looking at our posting counts and we've already posted more in the 1 o'clock hour than the previous 2 hours combined, so this is a good sign that posting is getting back to normal.

I had two Halloween items to list. The first I did so with no problem. Then I began to use the template from that and build another ad for the second item. I typed new title and description, then my pictures wouldn't load (system just locked up sort of)so I saved that listing and decided I would try and finish later. I just logged on to finish it, but nothing of what I typed in was saved at all. It's just a template from the first ad.

KerryT -- I would try using the "create similar" feature on the original listing you created and start over. It's possible the site was timing out and having problems when you tried this earlier.

Whoa. I just read someone's post about their item not showing up on ebay. Thought I'd better check mine and it's not there either. I posted it almost three hours ago.

As others have stated this was an extremely inappropriate timing for such an update and to have the system still down at the end of the day is very poor service. Nuff said!

Horray!! I just created a new listing from saved, scheduled the listing adn edited the listing after scheduling problem free!!
Also, things are moving much faster.
Hopefully, I won't have posting problems when it's scheduled to go this evening. (fingers-crossed!)

My auctiva checkout emails are jumbled and make no sense.
Our single default template somehow is affected by this update:
1. The Photo's, which I have set as "paired" in virtually every listing now put the "single" photo on the bottom rather than the top. This affects all our odd number of photo's such as 3 photo's, 5 photo's etc.
For example, if we use 5 photo's in a listing we used to have the top photo all by itself on top and all other photo's as paired underneath that top photo. Now the first 4 photo's appear as 'paired' and the remaining photo is under these paired photo's. Having this single photo on top of the listing with the other paired photo's really seemingly helped our marketing of expensive designer clothing. We would appreciate a return to before this upgrade.
As another matter we have been running this eBay business for over 7 years and would dread to go back to any eBay tools or MarketWorks. Many of you are complaining over a few hours, and possibly a day or so of rollout problems. Heck, eBay puts out things like Turbo Lister which nearly put us out of business over a long long period of time. If you truly think Auctiva is so horribly bad, just click into eBay and list there. And please post your complaints on eBay discussion telling how Auctiva has ruined your only time to post listings such as a lunch hour when you list or even a whole day. No matter what your problem there, it will fall on deaf ears 99% of the time. Hopefully, posting there will prevent other complainers from coming over to Auctiva It is truly unfortunate when we all depend on eBay for a living to have things like this happen but it does and will continue to.
I would hate to lose Auctiva for they have increased our income and time spent.

Most of the new changes are nothing that I use, but I'm happy to see that Auctiva is keeping up with the changes on eBay. Hopefully, things will run smoothly, but I will report if anything comes up.

Cannot get my images into my listing!!!!! The page comes up blank
Sorry let me clarify, when I try to select images I only get a black screen. Cannot post my pictures to my listing. Is there something with the images that you are having a problem with?
auctiva checkout is not communicating with ebay to mark items paid in "My eBay" had several from earlier that were paid , but not marked paid.

Before I was able to switch from external to auctiva imaging hosting inside my listing, I dont see that anymore, does anyone know what I am talking about and can help me? Lori

YAY! Was able to finally go back & list the 6 items I kept getting the API message with.
In addition to not being able to get images in listings, We are still unable to create similar listings. Once we have put all the data in, save it, it comes back with no saved data
I can not get images to come up. I click on the "select an image" and I go to a blank page. I'm starting with a new listing, not using a template. The first thing I do is click on images and I get a blank page and it freezes. It doesn't even have "blank" in the lower left hand corner. Please help.
"You have changes that will be lost if you leave this page" also comes up when trying to clicking load images into the ad.

I believe this is a caching problem. Can you try what Mike recommends here in regards to clearing your cache to see if this solves the issues you are having:
