A command button to return to the top of the page would be really helpful & it sure would be nice to select & upload all pics at once. Right now selecting & uploading take much too long.

The "Auctiva Uploader" link www.auctiva.com/Aurigma/AurigmaUI.aspx now closes my Firefox web browser down. I've been using this link for quite some time and now this....please advise ASAP.

I HEAR YOU!!! This used to be the best listing site. I wish they'd just left it alone. Everyday it's something new and different!! Won't post, No pics, Jumps everywhere etc. etc, etc. I'm sure glad I didn't open an Auctiva store!!! And BTW does LIVE HELP exist anymore??? It's been offline every time I've looked for the last month!

Hi platinumhome-delivery, I've had the same problem, First, your postal must go in correctly, use upper case and leave space between. The message with the "ounces" will go away if you change the currency on the item to canadian dollars and then change it back to US. I've been trying to get Auctiva help but they haven't gotten back yet so I've been playing around with it. I'm not sure what currency the shipping will be in?
