Think support is still in bed, don't forget to check your schedule folder as they will be put in there more then once it you tried more then once to post them.

Item will not post they just get moved to scheduled then stay there. This anyone getting this problem? All the listings I put on do not get to ebay, I just checked and they are all just getting moved to the scheduled box then stay there.

Mines the same mate but if you list it to ebay they are there, try one if it do's not work just delete it.

Quick fix, list you items with Auctiva then Synchronse load them into turo lister the add bar code info the synchronse them back onto ebay. Hope this helps

Hi, Don't think you can put them in order, what I do it copy a listing I used before which has the same Category. You can create simlar listing by clicking on the little file logo on the end of listings you have already listed under the action heading, on the saved listings page. James

Have you tried listing more then one item? I passed your info on op support an they sent me this reply Hello James, You get the Gold Star for the day!!! Just got this email from support. Thank you for contacting us today. We are currently receiving reports such as yours from users who are trying to use the "create similar" listing function, and are not able to. This is known problem to Auctiva which is related to the new upgrade version of Auctiva which was released a couple days ago. Auctiva engineers are working on a solution to this problem and the fix is expected to be released at any time. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Thank Jan will try it bit I just got this email from support, what are they doing all day? "Are you using the Create a similar listing feature or the Save as New feature when you say "I cannot save any new listing that I make from my old one"?

to get eBay store settings you need to click on the my account tag then the ebay setting under prererences then update "Update Store Categories From eBay" this should load your setting into autiva, I don't think you can use ebays counter. (but you maybe able to put it in using html code in main body text) James

So you are now saying, if someone buys 5 item from you now over a month and the last one don't turn up and he blames you, you will get 5 neg because he is upset and you will not get back into being a power seller for over a year, so what's stopping them from emailing you and saying "send me some free stuff or I will neg you"

shipping discounts still not working after 3 months, Support has never got back to me about is all they say is they are working on it. Is anyone getting this proplem? I need to got on ebay and update it on line each time I list stuff, have tried upload setting from ebay but it is still the same. someone please reply it doing my head in.

Don't worry to much it only happend once before to me in the last 3 year they are good on here, just email them with any problem and the normaly get back to you within the hour.

Have just had this email. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. There seems to be some issue going on with one of our server due to which the images are not appearing on the listings. I have reported this issue to our engineers and they are trying to rectify it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I don't have any ETA about this issue at this moment. I once again apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience in this regard. Thank you, Auctiva Support

Hi ebay pages look great but having the picture in a long line makes the page hard to read plus you have the picture too big there is a button under them to make them bigger so why so big to start with, You could have 2 or 3 pictues across if you made them smaller and the page would not be so long. It is a right pain when you need to keep scrolling the page when you are viewing ebay so you start looking at the ones with are easy to ready, this could lose you sale. I am not complaning I just...
