Any suggestions for other listing services? I'm tired of the constant changes and I refuse to download another browser. I have to switch to Firefox when ever I want to even use Auctiva and now this doesn't even work. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Mike, Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, I still have the same message telling me that I need to log in. I cannot get past that page. My user name is there and it says Welcome werpennst8 but I still get the box asking me to log in first. Not sure what to do. I'm not having any issues with other sites. I can log on to ebay and other favorites with no problems. Just Auctiva. Thanks again

Now I cannot even get to my listing page. It stil says 'Please log in to continue". I AM logged in! Other than being able to get to this page, I am pretty muched stuck on the log in page. ANY help would be appreciated. Thanks

Everytime I try to upload anything. Auctiva keeps saying that I must log in first. The problem is that I am already logged in. It takes my password but will not let me get any further. The password and user id even shows up on the page. Any help would be appreciated. tired of paying for a service that I cannot use.

Can someone tell me if you can use a stock photo as a gallery picture and how would I do it? thanks

I just went to post my listings that I worked on all day and they are all gone. The only one that is still there is the one that I had just been working on. All of the rest are missing. Any idea what could have happened or where they could be? It wasn't alot of auctions but enough that I do not want to do them all over again.

All of my saved listings are gone!! I went to list them this evening because of the free listing on ebay and they are all mising. Anyone else??

Oops, I meant to say NO bids instead of there being bids.

This is probably a dumb question BUT, whenever I have an auction end on Ebay and there were bids, what category does that listing end up in on Auctiva? I cannot find it under closed listings or saved listings. It just disappears.In other words, I cannot relist it because the listing is gone. I have many listings that did not sell but I cannot relist them because I CAN'T FIND THEM! Any help would be appreciated.

Is anyone else having a problem with listing today? I keep getting a listing error saying that I accept money orders and that ebay does not allow it. My profiles have been changed to accept paypal only since they changed the rules. I have gone back to my profiles to make sure that it is correct, have checked the appropriate boxes, saved it AGAIN and I still get the same error message. None of my auctions are listing. Help!

Mine are all fine. I listed earlier today and saved a few new ones this evening and so far, my templates are all fine.

This is probably very easy to fix but for some reason I cannot figure out where to fix it. Whenever I go to list an item, I get a warning saying that I have to choose a return policy in order to list. I cannot find where to do it on ebay or auctiva. thanks for any help.

Okay, this is probably a dumb question but I came from Channel advisor and my email templates were always easy to find. The problem is, I can find them here but do not know how to apply them. Where do I go to actually apply them to the ended auction. For example, I want to be able to check a box beside an ended auction to let the person know that I shipped their item. Is there anywhere to do that? Can I do them all at once or do I have to do them indivually? thanks in advance for any help
